Developing a Chinatown in Port of Spain is a key project that Mayor Joel Martinez expects to add to the development of the capital city.
Not many stakeholders attended the Consultation on the scheme, but Mayor Martinez told Charlotte Street vendors about some of the benefits that can come from a Chinatown development in Port of Spain.
He said Chinatown will add much needed life blood to the capital city.
