Immediate removable upper dentures to lower natural dentition crafted by traditional, digital or implant supported means, are common treatment plans. They are common, yet difficult situations, with many complaints arising. A review of setting up an immediate complete upper denture, including denture tooth form, composition, and setting tips within the Freedom theory, using VITA EXCELL anteriors and VITA LINGOFORM posteriors, will be discussed during this hands-on remote demonstration learning workshop. Learn how to position the denture teeth, tooth by tooth, within the patients’ skeletal form and chew cycle in efforts to reduce post-insertion adjustment time. Also, an in-depth review of immediate denture awareness, expectations and integration into the body will be discussed. We can still strive to be super-heroes in these difficult situations!
