Sounders came into the Diving Dog event as the favorite, having won the event last year and holding the world record at the Incredible Dog Challenge. With a jump of 34 feet and 3 inches, Sounders won 1st place in the Diving Dog competition at the 2020 Purina Pro Plan Incredible Dog Challenge to win back to back years national championship titles.
