My husband and I have been doing a kids group for 27 years, I like to make treats for them every week to bring to our program and I like to make a small presents just so they know that I love them and I’m praying for them and it’s just something that they can take home and be excited about.
So we headed into dollar tree to look for some small things to put in their buckets and we did a hot cocoa theme, as I begin to look for small things to put into the buckets I noticed all the really cool Christmas treats and stocking stuffers. They have so many cool things I was super excited and of course I got carried away. The candy canes were absolutely amazing. I couldn’t believe all of the flavors they had. I haven’t even seen these flavors in any of the other stores.
The cool thing about dollar tree is that they do have so much backstock because I think people just love that store and when you find a deal like that you want to stock up just in case it’s not there the next time. Because I notice with dollar tree they might have a product one week but in a totally different product the next week. So I’m really loving this store. I have some other ideas on how to highlight dollar tree with a big family so look forward to that. It might include a big family meal All from dollar tree to feed our family of 10. 😉
I’m trying really hard to search out other stores to provide our family with meals and other items. I tend to get hooked on going to Walmart in Meijer when there’s so many other local stores, small shops, and thrift type stores that sell really cool things too. And I’m absolutely loving, exploring more businesses in our area
