How to make sweet Hawaiian Bread Rolls.
Ingredients
4 1/2 tsp Dry Active Yeast, ( 2 .25 ounce envelopes)
1/2 C warm water (100-110F)
3 Eggs or 1/3 C egg powder
1 C Pineapple Juice (Please note, the small can in video is only 6 oz, we added 2 oz to the warm water)
3/4 C White Sugar
1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 C Butter, Melted or Ghee
6-7 C Bread Flour (we used 6 cups in video)
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes
