warm milk 1/2 cup

dry:

bread flour 2 1/2 cup
all purpose flour 1 3/4 cup
sugar 1/2 cup
powder milk 1/2 cup
salt 1 1/2 tsp

wet:

yolks 4 large (20 grams each)
warm milk 1 cup
yeasr mixture
butter 6 tbsp (90 grams)

toppings:

grated cheese
softened butter
sugar


baking time: 18 to 20 minutes
oven temperature: 180°c
