In my case, I bought my children individual Google Nest speakers like these [ Ссылка ] They each wanted, naturally, their own music. Took some figuring out but sorted.

For clarity, the video shows how to setup individual Google Nest speakers (here: [ Ссылка ]) with individual spotify accounts, even if in same household. After, it means can play music independently and even better as parents you put limits on the Google nest and Spotify accounts.
The video steps you through it - these steps are:
1) Setup a GMAIL account for each child (go to gmail.com)
2) Setup a Spotfy account, using that GMAIL email (go to spotify.com)
3) Link the child's account to your own Spotify account with the FAMILY membership (you can do this without but FAMILY account is most cost effective if don't want adverts)
4) Using the GOOGLE HOME APP- log in as your Child with their GMAIL account.
5) Turn Speaker on and find it in GOOGLE HOME APP. Set it up so working under Child's account.
6) Through the GOOGLE HOME app, whilst still logged in as child, link the spotify account of your child.
7) LOG out of GOOGLE HOME app
