Sironko district sacked 7 staff members.

The Office of the Sironko district chief administrative officer has sacked seven civil servants from different sub counties over corruption and incompetence
While speaking to our reporter in an exclusive interview on Friday Nelson Kirenda the Sironko chief administrative officer says that five parish chefs from Zesui sub county were given 250,000/= for each village from respective parishes for parish development committee at village level [PDP] to do works like organizing meeting, photocopying among other PDM works at village level but they swindled after forging signatures of LCIs claiming that they paid.
He also says that another victim was parish agent of Bukusege town council who was also sacked after abandoning duties and decided to reside at Kampala for months then lastly was physical planner of Sironko town council who was also sacked after corning money from locals claiming that he is going to process for them land titles.
Kirenda also says that all these staff were sacked in this month and has instructed police to investigate their matters once found guilty they will be arrested and be taken to courts.
