30% glycolic acid every week for 30 seconds to a minute.
Depending on the PH and free acid content of the 30% glycolic acid peel, weekly treatments may be excessive depending on your skin's reaction to the peel. If there is not redness, peeling or inflammation following the peel, it may be OK to have it done every week. If the skin is red and peels after each treatment, weekly applications are probably too frequent. every other week may fit better.

*********Steps to Peel:****************************************************
1. Purchase all products
2. Stop all treatments (Retinol, Glycolic, lactic, Vit C) 1 week prior to peel
3. Do a patch test to make sure you don't react negatively to product.
4. Wash face and let dry
5. Make neutralizer
6. Apply an even layer, no pooling or dripping (Alcohol layer, let dry, then Acid)
7. Be careful of blemishes or open wounds on face.
8. Set timer 30 sec - 1 min for 1st time users
9. Rinse face with neutralizer / Do not scrub
10. Rinse face with water
11. Apply Retinol serum and/or Moisturizer
12. SPF
