In this session, I've shared on the topic of personal branding for real estate agents in Malaysia. Real estate marketing has always been focusing on transactional processes only and that explains why after being in the career for 5 years, nothing much will change for an agent.
"What if iProperty, Prop Social, and Property Guru increase their price x 5?"
The only channel of advertisement for all the agents I know is only property portals. It is because of it's effectiveness, but the cost of advertising is increasing year by year and agents have no where else to go.
How about spending some time in creating content, sharing your story and beliefs to the world? Let people know you more than just an agent. Be a location expert instead of pursuing project after project.
