Russia launched a fresh wave of missile and drone attacks on Kyiv and the western Ukrainian city of Lviv on Wednesday, the latest in a series of strikes targeting population centres. The attacks are part of a “clear strategy to terrorise the Ukrainian population”, says France 24’s Douglas Herbert.
