You wil need 1 box or 2 boes of jiffy corn bread mix, 1/2c.veg oil, 2tbsp.of sugar, 2/3c. Of milk, 1egg,1c.of sour cream and 4 -5tsp of flour self rising mix all ingreidents togetherand bake until done or tooth pick comrs out clean add extra sugar if you like it sweet or just add the above amount..When done light golden color rub butter on top and do enjoy!!
