INGREDIENTS

TOOR DAL - 1CUP,
MOONG DAL - 1/2CUP,
URAD DAL - 1/4CUP,
CHANA DAL - 1/2CUP,
CUMIN - 1TBSP,
HING - 1TSP,
RED CHILLIS - 10 -15

METHOD:

*ADD Toor Dal, Moong Dal, Urad Dal, Chana dal, Cumin, Red Chillis IN KADAI and Dry Roast them one after the other.
*Take a Mixie Jar and Add all the roasted Ingredients into it, Add Hing and Salt to Taste and Blend it to smooth powder.
*Now, Sieve the blended powder.
*Transfer the powder into Airtight container and can be preserved till more than 2- 3 months.
*Tastes good with Rice, Breakfast.
