The 30 Day Social Media Detox. I don’t think technology has ruined our lives but it has definitely contributed to a loss of human connection, procrastination, self comparisons, and a whole lot of distraction.
No matter when you’re seeing this video, take this as a reminder that it’s always a good time to reflect on how we’re using our devices. Are they benefiting our lives or hindering them?
