Testing guidelines: Wait at least 14 days after a 10,000 IU injection, 10 days after a 5,000 IU injection, or 7 days after a 2,500 IU injection.
Here is the trigger progression of my first hybrid cycle of a Femara and Gonal-F from 1/1/2018. Starting on 10 DPO you can see the positive pregnancy progression. This cycle included Progesterone, 7.5mg Letrozole/Femara CD3-5, Gonal-F 25 IU, and a HCG trigger.
