I felt called to resume my Sunday videos. I feel like I’m returning from another underground voyage where I had the painful privilege of confronting my fears, my stressors, my shadow.

What helps me deal with big emotions is the knowing that I am not reacting to current situation, but rather the current situation draws out of me old dormant unprocessed wounds.

This reframe helps me to suffer less, as I view the big feelings as a necessary purge of old stuff, rather than suffering the current situation.

It is easier to say, harder to re-wire. But with daily work of expansion of awareness while anchoring in my body - I’m remaining afloat.

If you, too, are going through a hard time right now (we are all affected by collective energies, I believe) - please remember that you are purging the toxins. This is a beneficial and necessary process that will eventually bring relief.
