Paul is a Person-Centered Therapist specializing in loss and trauma. Having worked within the NHS, he now runs his own practice. Paul’s philosophy is driven by the belief that everyone can thrive through a process of discovery to unlock their potential. He suggests this is achieved by building trust through a contract of work on your ‘self’. As a therapist, he can validate your sadness without pushing you. Therapy can be the start of your journey to a positive, flourishing self.
Paul works exclusively online, whether that is face-to-face, facetime, on Zoom, or audio only. An initial consultation will establish whether you can work together and if so, a contract will focus on issues to be explored, length of session, etc. This enables and facilitates the necessary boundaries and safeguards between the Therapist (Paul) and the Client (you).
Paul’s fees are £50 per hour (paid in advance to PayPal).
All British Psychological Society codes of ethics & conduct are adhered to together with data protection which additionally forms part of the contract.
