I had our local meat market cut me some 2” thick Bone-in ribeye steaks for the weekend. They call these cowboy cuts, also Tomahawk steaks but without the long bone.
I don’t have a charcoal grill at Abby’s, but I use her little char-broil gas grill to get it done.
These steaks are absolutely delicious! I cannot ever get a steak at a restaurant as good or as thick as I can cook it myself, so I like to indulge in a nice cut from time to time.
