We have a six-week post-op result on this 48-year-old fit guy whose weight was climbing up slightly in his forties. We performed 360 liposuction to remove the diet-resistant fat, gently defining the rectus abdominis muscles. We also performed power-assisted liposuction on the chest to diminish what we call gynecomastia. There was a significant amount of breast tissue on each side that I removed with a tiny areola incision, giving him a more defined and masculine chest. Overall, he now has a more chest and abdominal definition, which makes him very happy.
