Most of the time you don't even need to remove the wheel to replace a broken spoke. You can do it yourself and you should have a few extra spokes around just in case. Remember, on E-Bikes with a rear hub motor, the front and back wheel spokes will be a different size. So keep a couple of each size on hand. It's easier than you think.
