When the nut is turned, the bolt turns as well. They are fused together and there is no way to hold the bolt head. This video shows how to drill out the bolt shaft by holding the nut steady. As the bolt shaft gets smaller, the nut comes out.
I used the regular home cordless drill and regular drill bit. Just be patient and you will remove the nut.
