If you think you're done studying after medical school, think again. Even as a resident and attending physician, board and licensing exams are a regular occurrence. In this video I'm studying for the USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Exam) Step 3, which young doctors take in their first year of residency, also called intern year. It is the last of the three USMLE Step exams (Step 1, Step 2CS, Step 2CK, and Step 3).
Step 3 is generally a two-day exam and as such, it's critical to be fresh on your test days. Therefore, I advise against going all-out. Instead of packing it all in a few days, take a slow and steady approach, don't compromise on your sleep, eat healthfully and stay active. That way you'll be feeling your best come test day, which translates to better test scores.
