Amazing Apple pie with cream that melts in your mouth. Simple and delicious recipe. Gluten-Free, this recipe doesn't have any wheat flour. This pie is so delicious, I like to experiment with different ingredients and the result of this cake pie was wonderful, it is very tasty and it melts in your mouth

INGREDIENTS:
Crust
1 cup of almond flour
1 cup of rice flour
80 gr of powdered sugar
80 gr of butter
2 egg yolks

Cream:
2 cups of almond milk or any milk you prefer
2 eggs
3 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
1 tsp of vanilla
90 gr of sugar
A pinch of salt
5 tbsp of cornstarch
1 lemon zest
1 large apple
8" mold
Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/175C

Topping:
2 eggs white
3 tbsp of powdered sugar
