Creamy with a hint of coffee, really delicious and moist, quick and easy dessert. No bake, no eggs and just about 10 – 15 min if your time.

Ingredients:
500g mascarpone or cream cheese
5 tbsp sugar
250ml cream, cold
200ml coffee, cold
3-4 tbsp coffee, cold
savoiardi/ladyfingers biscuits

Tin size: 11.5cmx21.5cmx7cm (you can use bigger one)

Keep in the fridge for at least 4 – 6 hours or even better overnight. Decorate before serving and dust with cocoa powder (optional). Enjoy!
