Make ahead tips: To make this tart you can mix the crust up to three days in advance and refrigerate it.

💯Sweet Pastry Dough
* 260 grams (2 cups) unbleached all purpose flour
* 75 grams (1/3 cup) sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
* 112 grams (1 stick) unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 1/2 inch chunks
* 2 large eggs
❌❌❌❌❌❌❌Instructions :
🌹To Make the Crust
1. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder eggs , and salt to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse a few times to combine. until the dough just comes together to form a ball.
2 Turn the dough out onto your work surface and briefly knead to bring all of the stray pieces together. wrap it in a plastic wrap, and refrigerate for two hours (and up to three days) before rolling it out
Place the tart on the rimmed baking sheet, and place the baking sheet on the lowest rung of the oven.
5. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F. Bake the tart for about 30 minutes,
