morning walks are my fave + I’m definitely taking advantage of them this week in CO.
getting sunlight first thing (with proper spf of course) is so good for u and your mental & physical health.
lately, I’ve been struggling to not scroll on social in the mornings. I’ve been introducing meditation and walks back into my morning routine + i feel 10x better.
