When you create a Session (Local) in Pro Tools we choose the location to save audio files, rendered files, ect... But when you create a Project (Cloud) we do not have an option in the Dashboard to select where we are saving the files we create while recording and mixing.
This video will show you the DEFAULT location of PROJECT files (on Windows), and will show you how to find the path yourself by checking Disk Allocation in Pro Tools.
While PROJECTS are Cloud based/enabled, we of course need a local copy of the files on our system to playback smoothly, the internet for most people simply is not fast enough for a pure cloud workflow, so that is why you have a Project Cache folder for your cloud Projects.
While you could delete the Project Cache manually once done with a Project, I would advise against that. Instead, use the REMOVE LOCAL CACHE command from the Dashboard (shown at the end of the video)
