1/2 Pineapple
2 Eggs
Leftover White Rice
2-3 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 TBSP Sesame Oil
2 Cloves Garlic
Equal Parts Fresh Ginger
1/2 Onion
Salt
Pepper

1. Cut Up Pineapple And Chicken Into Small Pieces
2. Heat Up A Large Pan With Oil And Cook Chicken Half Way
3. Add In Onion, Garlic, Ginger And Pineapple. Cook 1-2 Min. Add Salt And Pepper To Taste
4. Add In Leftover White Rice. Break Up Into Small Pieces And Mix To Combine
5. Scramble Your Eggs And Mix Together
6. Add In Soy Sauce And Sesame Oil
7. Finish With Green Onion. Serve In A Pineapple And Enjoy!!
