1. Fry the egg tofu. Carefully flipped it while frying to make sure both sides are golden brown in colour 😍
2. Saute the garlic and onions using some base oil after frying the tofu.
3. Add in the meat slices, stir fry till it's raw colour dissappear.
4. Add in the prawns and stir fry a few minutes. Then season it with pepper and oyster sauce.
5. Add in water and bring it to boil. Then add in carrot slices and cooked until it is about to soften.
6. Add in the cabbage and cook until it is about to soften as well. (add in enough water to prevent it from drying up) Add in the onions slices as well.
7. Add in some dark sauce.
8. Then put in the fried egg tofu, mix it well with the other ingredients. Haha careful not to break your fragile fried egg tofu.
9. Cooked for a few minutes then transfer to the claypot and continue to stew it till everything is well cooked.
10. Pour in the corn starch mixture while stirring the gravy and once it meets your consistency preference, it is done! 😋😍
