The customer the manager is talking to came rushing out of the store and thrust a finger in my 65 year old fathers face and berated him for getting the last copy of AC4 for PS3. Video only shows a small part of the middle where the manager comes rushing up to stop this customer from harassing his other customers as we're leaving the store and cuts off after the guy rushes me at the end.

A sincere and special thanks to Manager Jason for being aware of what is going on in his store, taking control of a scary situation and his great managerial skills in standing up against an aggressive and abusive customer.
