How To Make GRANOLA | (Very Crunchy)
Making Granola at Home is very quick and easy. You can personalize the recipe based on your preference and what you have at home. My homemade granola is not extremely sweet but you can add more sweetener to it if you prefer. You can enrich it by adding chocolate chips, dried fruits and more nuts.
250 g rolled oats (2 cups + 1 tbsp)
100 g nuts (3/4 cup)
40 g seeds (1/4 cup)
80 g honey (1/4 cup) - you can add 20 g more grams for a sweeter result
50 g sunflower oil (1/4 cup)
70 g plant-based milk (1/4 cup + 1 tbsp)
vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
