Hello my littlest pinchers!!
This week I was gifted some gorgeous lobsties from Get Maine Lobster, and I thought "mama's hungry" so let's make some buns, throw some mayo in the mix and see what we get!!
Buns:
1 fatty tbsp of instant yeast
1/2 cup of warm whole milk
2. 1/2 cups of AP flou
1 tsp Kosher salt
2 tbsp of sug
1 egg + 1 yolk
2 tbsp of unsalted butter, soft (like me)
Lobster roll insides:
Fresh, chunky boy lobster meat
1/3 cup of mayo, roughly
Juice of one lem
1 fatty tbsp chopped chives
1 stalk of celery, finely chopped
Salty pep!
