Google Maps' timeline is changing beginning December 8, 2024. Moving forward, time is saved in the phone itself, and we must upgrade to the most recent Google Maps app and navigate to the settings. Click on the timeline, and we will be given the option of keeping the timeline on our phone. It can be deleted automatically every three, eighteen, or thirty-six months, or manually deleted.
