Introduction
Chicken Katsu Curry is a type of Donburi meal, a Japanese "rice bowl dish" consisting of chicken, vegetables, or other ingredients simmered together and served over rice. Donburi meals are usually served in oversized rice bowls- which are also called donburi. Katsu curry is a very simple combination of Katsu (typically breaded pork or chicken), rice, and curry sauce. 1 Egg (beaten)
