आज मसाला किचन मे बन रही है परतों वाला बाफला की आसान रेसिपी | हलवाई जैसे बाफला बाटी बनाने का सबसे आसान तरीका | घर मे हलवाई जैसी खस्ता मसाला बाटी बनाने का आसान तरीका | बाजार जैसी राजस्थानी बाफला बाटी कैसे बनाये मसाला किचन की कचौड़ी, समोसा, बाटी, बाफला बाटी, दाल बाफला का मज़ा लीजिये इस एक खस्ता आटा बाटी रेसिपी में | क्रिस्पी नाश्ता, लेयर वाला बाफला, राजस्थानी थाली, भरवाँ बाटी बनाने की विधि | बारिश मे हलवाई जैसा बाफला-मसाला बाटी बनाये और रेसिपी शेयर करना न भूले | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
* Semolina/Rava(सूजी) - 150 Gram
* Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 250 Gram
* Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Dried Coriander(सूखा धनिया) - 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tsp
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) - 1 Tbsp
* Hot Water(गर्म पानी) - 300 ML
* Ghee(घी) - 3 Tbsp
* Baking Soda(मीठा सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
* Ghee(घी) - For Frying
RECIPE:
Take big parat/thali, put some Water, Dried Whole Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Salt, Turmeric Powder & Crushed Carom Seeds & mix well. Then put Semolina/Rava & mix well & keep it for 10-15 minutes. Then put Ghee, Baking Soda & Wheat Flour gradually. Bind the dough & cover n keep it aside for half an hour. Then make a dough ball & roll them by wrapping some Wheat Flour.
Take one rolled Chapati & apply some Ghee to it. Sprinkle some White Flour/Maida & White Sesame Seeds on it & place the second rolled Chapati on it. Apply some Ghee, White Flour/Maida & White Sesame Seeds again to it. In this same way put 5 Chapatis together & make a tight roll. Cut them into two equal parts. In a pan, put some Water for boiling, keep a strainer plate on it and grease it with Oil. Put the ready Dough on the plate then cover it and give them steam for 10-12 minutes on a high flame. Then take them out on a plate & keep them to cool down. Then cut it into pieces & then fry them in medium heated Ghee & make them crispy.
Pre-heat the OTG for 10 mins, keep the Layered Baati on the greased Tray & bake them at 180 degrees for 15-17 mins. After 10 mins, turn the Baati on the other side & bake them for 10 mins more. Serve the Delicious Layered Bafla-Baati with Dal & Chutney. In this way, Tasty & Amazing Layered Bafla will get ready at home easily.
