Enjoy Crispy Oven Fried Chicken Wings without the guilt of all the grease
Ingredients
10-12 Chicken Wings
2-3 Tbsp Baking Powder (If you can find aluminum free Baking Powder, you'll get even better results)
1 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Lemon Pepper
1 Tsp Paprika
1/2 Tsp Seasoning Salt
1 Tsp Pepper
Pinch of Salt
Wash and rub chicken wings, being sure to remove any feathers or hair that may be on the wings. Pat dry wings and place in a bowl; add in seasonings and mix well, pour in Baking Powder and mix, making sure the chicken gets coated well. Spray a baking rack with cooking spray and lay chicken wings on rack. Place in a 250 degree oven for 20 minutes; turn oven to 425 and cook another 45-50 minutes. Flip wings over at the halfway mark. When done you can enjoy your crispy, crunchy chicken. Eat alone, or dump them in some Buffalo Sauce, Lemon Pepper Seasoning, or your favorite sauce! There just Lip Smackin' Toe Tappin' Good!
