Ben Rutten has been sacked as Essendon coach after a few horrible weeks at the club along with a bad year at the club
In my opinion, sacking Ben Rutten is a stupid, selfish, dumb move. Essendon made finals last year in Rutten’s first season as coach and now has been sacked after ONE bad year. I have never seen a coach join a club, make finals in his first year, then gets sacked the next year.
And even worse, James Hird WHO WAS A PREVIOUSLY SACKED AS COACH FROM ESSENDON is a strong contender for the job!!
I just cannot believe the decisions Essendon made, Ben Rutten was treated horribly and didn’t deserve to be sacked and now they’re thinking of signing a previously sacked coach from their own club?!
The environment working in Essendon right now must be horrid. This is an example of what you call VERY BAD MANAGEMENT
