Finally... something interesting to share. It's been dry for a while but I found this NPC and the quest text/voicelines that go with him to be very interesting. What are the odds he is in the same zone AND mentions spilling blood AND worthiness, exactly like the statues?

And why does he yell out loud? This guy has to be for something.
