The Mark of the Web is a feature that was introduced by Microsoft to determine the origin of a file. This has caused me lots of frustration when sharing files with my co-workers. If you have issues with this, this video should help fix it quickly!
I was using Windows 10 and Visual Studio 2019 in this video. This should also work for Windows 11 or any other version of Visual Studio that are having issues with the mark of the web.
