At 0:00 - 0:20, please excuse me saying "quick brief tour" as it was a slip of tongue. Funny thing was that this is the first small station that has a restaurant attached to it; it was a Golden Krust restaurant that I believed that was block away, but it turns out it was right where I was.
I initially thought it was a waiting room, but it turns out, it wasn't. At around 25:20, you can hear a couple of guys say "you filming" and I was like "hell yeah" and I pan towards their car and they were chill about it too. This was taken during the PM Rush Hour between 6:30 and 9:00 PM.
Due to the combination of the PM rush hour and the fact that this line is completely single tracked, I was stuck here until 9:00 PM, so I decided to make good use of my time and my money by cooking up a quick video with the time.
The station is more like a bus terminal as opposed to a train terminal because if you look around, there are bus stops around the station, hence the name "Spring Valley Transit Center." Overall, this seems like a shady area because of the condition of the area of the station.
On the way here, I wasn't proud of the video I have filmed of the on-board trip of Train 1629 (the weekday PM Rush hour Metro-North Express train to Spring Valley making stops at Hoboken Terminal, Secaucus Junction, Pearl River, Nanuet, and Spring Valley), so I might redo it some other time, but I don't know when.
At 5:09, you can also hear a girl scream because she was scared of the G40PH-2B's Unrestricted K5LA blast. Honestly, I really do enjoy this locomotive's horn since it sounds amazing due to the lack of restriction. If I left anything out in the description, don't hesitate to let me know because I may have left some information out, but I hope what I left in the description box and my commentary will do the trick.
Feel free to use the timestamps as a reference for each train in the video:

There was no Train #1639 because Positive Train Control installations required many trains, including this one (the Metro North Express) to be axed until early 2019. I realize this video is long as hell, but I was bored so I wanted to feature some extra clips of the horn, bell, and departure since it would be too short by itself and also because I would not return to this line anytime soon.
