How To create 3D image from 2D photo + Depth Map in less 1 minute

What do you need:
# one 2D image
# dethp map of the 2D image
# open StereoPhoto Maker by Masuji Suto

1. "File" - "Open Left/Righ images..."
2. select Left image (2D original photo)
3. select Depth map image created (I used photosop and topaz labs plugin)
4. go to "Edit" - "Depth map" - "Create 3D image from 2D+depth map..." like below image
