FULL BODY BARBELL HIIT - This follow along full body barbell workout will target every muscle group with compound movements to help you become stronger, build lean muscle & burn calories for hours after!
You'll need a barbell or dumbbells to complete this workout. For circuit 1, I used a 12.5kg bar and for the lower body circuit, I used a 20kg barbell. Don’t have a barbell? Use a variety of dumbbells suitable for your fitness and strength level.
There are 2 circuits to complete 2 x through. Complete each exercise 45 seconds work/ 15 secs rest before moving onto the next. The first circuit is Upperbody focused, the second Lowerbody then there is a Bonus Abs workout.
