Documenting what I did to overcome my V4-V6 climbing plateau.
Disclaimer: I am not a climbing coach. I also don't think there is any one best training plan. This is just what worked for me and I hope you are able to find some things that are helpful for your training. The most important lesson i've learned is enjoying the journey of climbing and pursuing things that you find fun (for me this was learning one arm pull ups).
