Sonya-be-on-it delicious "Salt Free" Lemon Pepper Crab legs will leave you wanting more. I created this seafood dish after having leftover crab legs. I wanted something different and different it is, try it and let me know how you enjoyed it .
Rinse your crab legs and boil for 15mins pour off you first water to remove a lot of the sea salt
2nd Boil for 15min additional , pour off water
Add margarine or unsalted sweet butter to pot on low medium heat
Add 2-3 Tbsp. of Lemon Pepper Seasoning , No SALT Lemon Pepper or Regular Lemon Seasoning
***Optional 1-2 whole LEMONS CUT IN FOURS, then add to pot.
Mix EVERYTHING in the pot well; cover with lid on low heat for 5-10mins.
Remove from heat and serve on platter with cooked lemons.
To fully enjoy this meal, squeeze lemon juice over crab legs and don't forget to eat the cooked lemons; it has many good benefits for the body.
