ice cream custard- 2 cup sugar, 4 cups of whole milk, two cans of condensed milk, 4 cans of evaporated milk ,8 eggs ,2 tbsp of flour and 3 tbsp of vanilla extract.
start by heating your whole milk up and a double boiler together all your other ingredients as your milk is getting warm you are gradually add your custard mixture. make sure you temper your custard with the hot milk
you have to allow your Custer to cool completely before putting it in the refrigerator for about 6 hour to 12 hours add custard to ice cream mixer it should take about 35 to 45 minutes to freeze.
