Do you clean your vegetables and fruits with salt or Vinegar water?

Vinegar:
When you wash your fruits and vegetable with vinegar, the acidity of the vinegar kills bacteria because the acid gets into the bacteria's cell membrane, causing protons to be released, which then makes the cell die. However, the wash needs to be strong enough for the acidity to work
Salt:
Wash all your fruits and vegetables. According to the CSE, washing them with 2% of saltwater will remove most of the contact pesticide residues that normally appear on the surface of the vegetables and fruits. Almost 75 to 80 percent of pesticide residues are removed by cold water washing
