So it took me a while to finish it, but here is my experience with present authoring: faults and virtues part of the self authoring program by Jordan Peterson.
To be fair, I didn't see such drastic changes as I did with past authoring, but this is definitely a useful tool to organise your thoughts and perceptions of yourself. It helped me see how many of the faults and virtues are symptoms of more general peronality traits and what can be done to improve myself and my life.

If you are looking to improve yourself, this is very helpful for finding organic ways to do so without beating yourself up or becoming too self assured.
