You drill sideways towards cap, take a flat chisel after drilling to the cap and use the chisel to knock the cap out sideways.
adjustments require a throttle movement along with a restart and throttle movement to fine tune.
this is also good if you have a binding throttle flap to adjust it so it's in a good spot.
I made mine idle at 1000 so it would crawl when you tap the pedal along with enough idle to get through the common Chevy TBI chugging at idle.
also recommend Castrol oil, start with a normal oil a few changes then try Castrol sludge clean.
I used it in my engine and the oil turned black after a few drives.
the sludge / crud thing will cause lifters to stick so it's good to use Castrol.
