Perfect Spring day! fresh instead of Arctic cold,
I went down to the Medieval Fayre in Glastonbury Abbey in time to catch the Medieval Jousting Tournament which took me by complete surprise as it was so good and so professional.
The liveliness and energy of the event made me realize that, that's what they must have been like, medieval jousts that is, very dramatic and visually stunning, full of colour and theatre! A great event and an incredible way to liven up a Sunday afternoon in March!
