STEPS:
1. Do this on a NEWLY RESET Black Market. DOESN'T WORK IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT SOMETHING.
2. Buy a COIN deal. There will probably only be 1-2 coin deals on there, get the cheapest one. If it's too expensive, try to REFRESH.
3. After getting coin deal, REFRESH.
4. all your deals should be for Silver now.
